Standard units are 12' by 30' with overhead doors that are 9'x9' and a 10' ceiling.
A $150 refundable deposit is required for all new leases.
Month to Month is $150 per month
Pay for four months in advance: $540 ($135 per month)
Pay for a full year in advance: $1,560 ($130 per month)
NOTE: There is no electricity in the units.
